The department has 4 computer rooms

Working tools

The PC are equiped with running linux. During the 3rd year,  the software are mainly used for:

• R : a free version of the statistics S+ software
• Python : programming language interpreted for scientific computation, MySQL, Interface & Network programming
• Octave for numerical computation (free version of Matlab)
• g++/gcc/gdb/emacs software for C/C++,
• Latex, OpenOffice, gnuplot & gimp for standard office,
• Sybyl (TRIPOS) for molecular modeling.
