Studying Environment
The BioSciences department is located in the LyonTech-La Doua Campus. Students enjoy privileged access to sports facilities, to restaurants and accomodation.The campus has 2 libraries: one at INSA and the other at the Université Claude Bernard.
BioSciences students can join many associations: sports, humanitarian, hobbies...

The ABIL association
The ABIL association (INSA Lyon association of Biochemists) was found in 1986 to pursue the following objectives:
- Maintaining a link between curent and former students through newspapers and conferences.
- Help in finding jobs and internships.
- Archiving and free access to documents and addresses ( internships, jobs, carreers, alumni...).
- The organization of the extracurricular life of the department (weekend, end of school trip, students parties...).
